How do I create a new account?
Open the menu ▸ Login page and choose Register. Complete the short form and you’re in.
What devices are supported?
The Web app runs in any modern browser on desktop, tablet, or phone. The Desktop edition supports Windows 10 and 11. A Linux build is planned.
Is my data available offline?
The Desktop app stores everything locally, so it works offline. The Web app requires an internet connection—though an “Export to local backup” feature is on the roadmap.
Can I import settlements or CSV data?
Import tooling is under active development. When it’s released we’ll update both the app and this answer with step-by-step instructions.
How do I report a bug or issue?
Post the details in our Support Forum (link in the menu). A team member will respond within one business day.
How secure is my information?
All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS 1.3) and every document is stored with server-side encryption at rest.
How do I reset my password?
Click Forgot password? on the login screen. You’ll receive a secure email link to set a new one.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Absolutely. Visit Billing ▸ Plan and choose Monthly or Annual; changes take effect at the next renewal.
How do I update my profile details?
Menu ▸ Account. You can edit your name, email, and contact preferences there.
How do I update my pay rates, pay weeks, and truck number?
Menu ▸ App Settings lets you adjust all pay-related settings, equipment IDs, and cutoff weeks in one place.
What payment methods are accepted?
We process payments through Stripe, which currently lets you pay with all major credit- and debit-card brands (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay when those wallets are enabled on your device.
When will my subscription be charged?
Web subscriptions are billed on the calendar day you sign up and renew every month (or yearly on the same day if you choose an annual plan). The Desktop licence is a single one-time purchase collected at checkout.
Do you offer refunds?
Web subscriptions are pay-as-you-go—just cancel before the next cycle and no further charges apply. Desktop licences include a 14-day money-back guarantee.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Head to Billing ▸ Plan and click Cancel. Your account stays active until the current term ends—no extra steps needed.
I previously purchased the desktop app, but lost my link to download. How can I download the app now?
